No Guarantees
100X HOUSE does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to views, followers, leads, conversions, revenue, virality or advertising results. We focus on strategy, execution, testing and continuous optimization. Marketing, content and growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms and third-party behavior.
Costs Outside Our Management Fee
Unless explicitly included in a written proposal, 100X HOUSE management fees do not include advertising spend (e.g. Meta, Google), influencer or creator fees, third-party software costs, hosting, production locations, travel or other external production costs. These are the client's responsibility and are billed or paid separately.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, invoicing schedules and any minimum commitment period for a specific engagement will be set out in that engagement's written agreement. General pricing shown on this Website is indicative and subject to change without notice until confirmed in a written proposal.
Intellectual Property
The 100X HOUSE name, logo, website design and original content on this site are the property of 100X HOUSE and may not be reproduced without permission. Content, assets and deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the ownership terms set out in that engagement's written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 100X HOUSE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this Website or from services rendered, beyond what is expressly agreed in a written engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms specified in that engagement's written agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, no ongoing obligation is created by browsing this Website or submitting an enquiry.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless otherwise agreed in a specific written engagement.
